Full Wedding Planning Services

Grace Weddings and Events offers full-service wedding planning and design.

Assisting couples with all aspects of the planning process. From finding a venue, to styling and designing your wedding day, to executing all the logistics of your wedding day. Our approach is collaborative, making sure you are kept in the loop all throughout the major decisions and choices. We are proud to work with the finest vendors and we make sure that no detail is overlooked during this exciting process! For certain weddings, we also provide a 3D walkthrough to your wedding venue to be able to visualise the setting and every detail that we agree on. We will make sure to team up with your dream, to give you a wedding, that is truly yours!

This full wedding planning option will offer you a stress-free process, allowing you to have peace of mind and enjoy your engagement period.

Each wedding is entirely bespoke and prices vary according to your requirements.

Partial Wedding Planning Services

Grace Weddings and Events offers partial wedding planning assistance to couples who have already started planning their wedding but require help to fully realise their wedding vision.

We will get to know your vision and identify any remaining suppliers that need to be booked. We will assist you with the styling and décor ideas for your venue and help you out with the execution of all the logistics required on your wedding day. This would also include assistance with wedding invitations, timelines, seating plans and on-the-day best man duties. We will support you all throughout the wedding planning process, ensuring that you achieve the wedding of your dreams.

This partial wedding planning option will offer you the right guidance to achieve your wedding vision, allowing you to enjoy the engagement period and have peace of mind during your wedding day.

Inspiration Session

Just got engaged and feel overwhelmed about the planning process?

This Inspirational session is a two to three -hour session that will give you the direction you need to get started. During this session, we will get to know you as a couple and provide you with invaluable guidance and support on your wedding style and logistical direction. We can also provide you with direction on location scouting, selecting suppliers, budgeting and scheduling.

After this session, couples send us feedback as to how they gained confidence in their wedding planning process and leave the session feeling enthusiastic and energised!

Post-meeting you will also receive a personalised blueprint for your wedding day which will include styling recommendations and action points. We will also send you (free of charge) a personalised budget sheet that will keep you on track as the wedding planning process progresses.

Wedding Branding

Wedding branding is an important step in the early stages of your planning process.

Having your own personal logo, colour scheme and overall look and feel will make your wedding day even more personal.

Your brand is created by our in-house professional graphic designer, whereby together we will come up with a visual identity that tells your love story. We will start off by creating a custom logo that represents both of you. Whether it’s a monogram, script format or a graphical representation; this will be the iconic element that you will use on your stationery as well as on branded items at the reception. To have a holistic wedding visual identity, we also offer other services including:

• A custom wedding website
• Stationery including; save the date, invitations, RSVPs, welcome packs, thank you notes, ceremony booklets etc.
• Branding of reception items including photo backdrops, beverages (anything really!).

Location Scouting

Eloping to Malta and don’t know where to start?

or Looking for a not so traditional wedding venue? We are here to assist you!

Are you eloping to Malta for your dream destination wedding and need help finding a location without committing to a planner? Whilst we love delivering events from A to Z, we understand that you might just need a helping hand to get started. We will have an initial meeting with you (in person or over Skype), get to know you and your vision and we will assist you in scouting a number of locations that would suite your style. On request, we will visit the sites together to narrow down the selection to the one. At this point you can take the planning process back in your hands without the obligation to engage us as your wedding planners.

Would you like to get married at a non-traditional wedding venue but not sure where to start? We offer location scouting based on the vision you want to achieve. We first meet up with you, get to know you and your style and then present you with a number of venue options to choose from. We will also be able to assist you with acquiring the necessary permits if these are required.

On the day

You have work hard during your engagement to plan all the details of one of the most important days of your life.

Now it’s time to hand over your vision to an experienced professional so that you can relax and celebrate your day knowing that all the logistics on the day are being handled.

A hand-over session will take place around six weeks before your wedding day whereby you present your plans for your wedding. From here we will contact your suppliers, liaise with them on your behalf and create a detailed schedule for your wedding day.

On the day of your wedding, we will manage the set up and styling of your venue and oversee the day from start to finish to ensure a flawlessly executed, unforgettable event.

The main duties would include:

• On the day coordination and supervision until the end of the wedding reception (time to be discussed with the couple)
• Transportation of any small items from the bride/ groom’s house to the venue (e.g. change of shoes, confetti, guest book, souvenirs etc).
• Drinks stock-taking, prior and post-wedding
• Overall coordination of couple’s time during the wedding
• Liaising with the emergency contact person (usually the best man)
• Distribution of on-the-day payments to suppliers (terms apply)
• Wedding Rehearsal Supervision at the church, should it be requested by the couple

Please note that the services listed above does not include running any wedding-related errands such as
picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, rentals, etc.
